Immediate Aftercare

No eating for 1 hour after application
Avoid crunchy or hard foods for 12 hours
Avoid sticky foods for 12 hours
Don't play with or touch your gem
Brush gently around the gem area
No electric toothbrush for 48 hours

Long-Term Maintenance

Avoid hard and sticky foods near your gem
Brush and floss daily
Professional dental clean every 6-12 months
Don't play with your gem (tongue or fingers)
For removal: visit a dental professional only
