Swarovski gems last 1 month to 2 years. 18K Gold Charms last 6 months to over 2 years. Dental conditions affecting enamel may impact longevity.

Who Cannot Get Tooth Gems?

Who Cannot Get Tooth Gems?

Tooth gems cannot be bonded to filling material, porcelain crowns, or during orthodontic treatment. You must seek dental intervention first if you have bleeding gums, cavities, soreness or pain. Pregnancy and breastfeeding does NOT affect eligibility. Under 17s require parental consent with a guardian present.

Tooth gem application is currently unregulated in Australia. This is why we advocate for dental-professional-led application to ensure your safety.

06 How do I remove my tooth gem? +

DO NOT attempt removal at home. Always seek a dental practitioner for safe removal to avoid damaging your enamel.

07 What is a non-dental practitioner? +

Non-dental practitioners include dental assistants, technicians, receptionists and beauty therapists without formal dental qualifications. They are not registered with AHPRA.

08 Can allergies affect eligibility? +

Rarely — an acrylate allergy can affect eligibility for tooth gem bonding. If you have known sensitivities, please let us know during consultation.
